3. No Warranties or Guarantees

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from use of our service. All content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to access the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
